Feeling creatively blocked, stuck, or stalled? This half-day workshop uses EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and sacred altar building to help you release what's standing between you and your fullest creative expression — not just mentally, but on a somatic, nervous system level.
Through guided meditation, journaling, group sharing, and a hands-on tapping session, you'll identify and move through the beliefs and blocks holding you back. Then you'll channel that release into building your own personal pocket altar — a physical vessel to magnetize and protect your creative intentions long after the workshop ends.
You'll leave with practical EFT tools, creative momentum, and something tangible to carry your vision forward.
What to bring (optional): A photo, object, or word for the community altar, and any personal materials for your pocket altar. All supplies provided.
