This workshop will be a blend of spiritual, physical, and emotional practices that will assist you in getting to know yourself, your needs, and your partner's needs in a new and more therapeutic way. Learning new ways to communicate your wants, needs, and desires to your partner while building trust. You'll leave feeling grounded and connected to your own and your partner's body and spirit.
